In a preview clip for next week’s Teen Mom Reunion, Chelsea Houska’s daughter’s father Adam Lind refuses to answer any questions and says that he is quitting Teen Mom. Under contract, Adam is supposed to answer questions for the reunion and participate but when asked by the show’s host Dr. Drew Pinksy why he missed his daughter Aubree’s father-daughter dance Adam blankly stared before stating: “I don’t have to explain myself to you guys anymore. I’m not going to participate in this anymore. I’m fu***** over it. I’m here because I’m under contract and I have to be here.”
When Dr. Drew asked Adam about his low child support payments, Adam revealed he plans on leaving on Teen Mom for good:
“I’m not going to give you guys what you want anymore. I’m done with the show. I don’t want to participate in the show anymore. I am obligated to be here, I am not obligated to answer any of your questions so I don’t have to. I’m not going to give you guys anymore fuel to the fire. I want out of this life, I’m fu***** sick of it. The money is not even worth it anymore. I’m not going to sign a new contract to continue.”
Dr. Drew told Adam he should speak to producers about getting off the show and Adam said that he already had and was told to get a lawyer to release him from his contract. Adam also said he doesn’t care how Chelsea feels about him refusing to participate.
The reunion special featuring Chelsea Houska, Adam Lind, Javi Marroquin, and Kailyn Lowry will air on Monday June 20th on MTV.
