Since giving birth to her son Carl Leo Crawford on March 22nd, Evelyn Lozada revealed that she has lost thirty pounds she gained during pregnancy and is only twelve pounds away from her pre-pregnancy weight. In an interview with ABC News on Wednesday, May 14th Evelyn credited her weight loss to eating healthy and taking the weight loss supplement YouthH2O (she is the company’s spokeswoman). Evelyn said:
“I’m proud of where I’m at so far. My body feels like it’s almost back to normal. I also work out three to four times a week. I have been sleep deprived lately and going to the gym can be hectic when you have no time in your schedule. But, on the days that I do have a moment, I do a ton of cardio, weight training — which I love — and hiking.”
Evelyn’s breakfast food usually consist of egg whites or oatmeal and a protein shake. For lunch she chows down on fish and vegetables and a protein shake. Last week Evelyn shared a photo of her son’s foot. What are your thoughts? Post your comments below.
