Real Housewives Of New Jersey husband Joe Giudice‘s deportation appeal has been denied, leaving his fate in the United States in limbo.
A representative from the Executive Office for Immigration Review states that “the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed Giuseppe Giudice’s case appeal on April 11, 2019. In dismissing the case, the BIA affirmed the immigration judge’s decision of removal dated Oct. 10, 2018. If the respondent disagrees with the BIA’s final decision, the respondent may file an appeal (‘petition for review’) with the appropriate federal circuit court of appeals”
So Joe, 46, has the option to appeal the decision.
The Giudice family lawyer James J. Leonard, say the family is “extremely disappointed” with the decision, “We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court Of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”
Joe, filed his appeal in November after he was ordered to be deported the previous month following his 41-month prison sentence for fraud charges.
He has been in federal custody since 14th March, when he was released from prison.
Joe, 46, and Teresa, 46, have been married since 1999 and share four daughters: Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 10. Teresa, revealed on the RHONJ reunion that she would divorce Joe if he was deported to Italy.
