Luann de Lesseps Sued By Ex-Husband Alexandre de Lesseps & Children, “You Broke Divorce Agreement & Stole Money From Children!”
Real Housewives Of New York star Countess Luann de Lesseps, has another legal issue on her hands with a lawsuit from her ex-husband Count Alexandre de Lesseps and their children, Noel de Lesseps and Victoria de Lesseps
Alexandre de Lesseps, and their adult children Noel and Victoria are suing her claiming she didn’t keep her end of the divorce deal which was signed in 2009.
In the court documents, they say Luann ex-wife Luann, had violated the terms of their 2009 divorce and deprived the children of their inheritance. Count de Lesseps claimed that Luann was required to establish a trust fund for their two children based on half the value of the family’s Bridgehampton, New York house, which she received in the divorce. Instead she sold the house in 2014 for $8 million and purchased a $3.1 million home in Sag Harbor with the proceeds, without establishing the agreed trust. The lawsuit seeks to have the Count’s ex-wife Luann declared in violation of the divorce agreement, and in the interim to bar her from selling or obtaining loans against her Sag Harbor home.
Now, they say she’s threatening to sell the house and use the cash to buy herself a new home in upstate NY, which would mean the children never got their share of the deal. They want the court to declare she’s in breach of the divorce and move forward with an injunction blocking the sale of the home.
