Breaking their silence. Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice are speaking out about their 39-count indictment fraud charges during a one-on -one episode of Watch What Happens Live on Sunday, 29th September. The couple open up about their possible 50 year prison sentence and reveal who they want to raise their four daughters in their stead.

Andrew Cohen: “Just hearing about [this] I got emotional knowing you where is your emotion in this?”

Teresa: “I can’t fall apart Andy, I mean my daughters they mean the world to me. You go through things in life, I don’t know why, I mean I’m asking, ‘Why is this happening to me?’ Maybe its something my daughters could learn from.”

The reality stars discussed Joe possibly getting deported during the episode even though he seemed confused on the amount of time he could actually be facing in jail. When Andrew mentioned their charges carry a maximum of 50 years, the Italian-born Joe replied, “I thought it was 100. I think, yeah. I’m not sure.”

On the 29th July, Joe and Teresa Giudice were indicted for allegedly conspiring to commit mail and wire fraud, bank and bankruptcy fraud and making false statements on loan applications.

Teresa and Joe pleaded not guilty during a court appearance in New Jersey on Aug. 14; their next hearing will be on Oct. 3, with a trial set for Oct. 8.

Joe and Teresa’s one-on-one will air Sunday 29th, Sept at 9/8c. EST following the season finale of RHONJ on Bravo. What are your thoughts? Will you be watching. Post your comments below.
