More than a month after being thrown back in prison, Apollo Nida has been released from prison again and placed into a halfway house again.
According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star was transferred to a facility in Philadelphia.
Apollo’s original release date was on the 15th October but prison records have been updated to the 26th November.
In 2014, the felon was sentenced to 96 months in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud.
As we reported Apollo was re-arrested last month after violating the terms of his parole while serving his sentence in a halfway home.
Apollo had a list of rules to follow while living in the halfway home and he broke a technical requirement pertaining to the rules of his release.
He was originally released on the 3rd June and The Blast captured him and fiancée Sherien Almufti walking around the city.
Sherien and Apollo have been together since 2017, shortly after Apollo’s ex-wife Phaedra Parks filed for divorce. Sherien, who is a real estate agent in Philadelphia, frequently visited Apollo while in prison.
