All three of Jenelle Evans’ children have been removed from her custody amid her violent and turbulent marriage to David Eason.
A judge in North Carolina stripped the former Teen Mom star, of custody of her three children – sons Jace, 9, and Kaiser, 4, from a past relationship and marriage; and daughter Ensley, 2, with husband David Eason, 30, approximately a month after David fatally shot the family’s pet French bulldog after the dog had behaved aggressively toward their toddler, Ensley Eason.
The judge told a Jenelle who was crynig that she had ‘failed to protect the children while they were in her care’. ‘Jenelle was sobbing in court [she] believed that her lawyer was going to be able to get her children back and she seemed stunned when this happened.’
Jenelle’s mother Barbara Evans, who already has custody of Jace, will take over legal custody of Ensley; Kaiser’s dad, Jenelle’s ex Nathan Griffith, will take over legal custody of their son together Kaiser. Jenelle and David will be restricted to an hour of supervised visitation a week.
The two were ordered by the judge to undergo drug tests once a week, counseling and parenting courses on a track to potentially regain custody of the kids, according to the outlet.
David boldly and proudly shot Jenelle’s dog after he nipped their daughter. He posted the news on social media and was apologetic. The removal of their children started this mess.
