Last year, Journey guitarist, Neal Schon, who has five children with four ex-wives, proposed to Michaele on stage during a Journey concert and presenting her with an 11.42 carat diamond ring with more than $1 million.
Michaele Salahi is famous for crashing a White House state dinner in honor of India’s Prime Minister Manmohan Singh with husband Tareq in November 2009.
In 2010, the couple were featured on one of my fav’s although short lived stints on the Real Housewives of D.C. Next month you can watch the couple get married on Pay Per View.
Michaele Salahi and Journey guitarist Neal Schon have announced plans for a quiet wedding with their closest family and friends and a LIVE Pay-Per-View audience available in 90 million homes.
The PPV event/wedding is going down Dec. 15th at the Palace of the Fine Arts in San Fran and if you didn’t get the invite you can watch the three-hour TV special dubbed the “Winter Wonderland Wedding and Music Event” for just $14.95!!!
The event will be hosted by a veteran TV crew including Debbie Matenopoulos, Cameron Mathison, and Karyn Bryant and will feature live performances by (of course) Journey.
The couple will be the first to get married on Pay-Per-View and they’ll be (slightly) redeeming themselves by donating a portion of the proceeds to a charity that benefits typhoon relief in the Philippines.
Be on the look-out for a surprise wedding crasher ex-husband Tareq he has a history with these things.
Neal has said, “Michaele is always a joy to be around. Everybody loves her. She brings a positive energy everyday, no matter where she is or who she runs into…That’s what she brings-a lot of happiness to everyone. I see that everyday. It’s like a fairy tale, it really is. I’m very happy, very happy after waiting for her for many years.”
Michaele summed it all up, “This is truly my dream wedding, and I am so excited to share this incredible day with my best friend and the love of my life. My heart and home is wherever Neal is.”
“Neal & Michaele: The Winter Wonderland Wedding and Music Event” will be hosted by Emmy nominee Debbie Matenopoulos, Emmy nominee Cameron Mathison, and veteran music, entertainment, and sporting event host Karyn Bryant, and executive produced by Neal Schon, Brian Ricco, and Peter Capozzi. It will be broadcast live in HD on Pay-Per-View Sunday, December 15 at 8:00 PM ET/5:00 PM PT. The event will be available via cable and satellite in 90 million homes. Suggested retail price of the three-hour program is $14.95. Check local listings. Produced and distributed by MultiVision Media, Inc.
