USMagazine is reporting that Cindy Barshop is the newest housewife to join New York. Barshop is founder and owner of Completely Bare, a successful chain of day spas specializing in hair removal, with three locations in Manhattan, plus branches in Palm Beach, FL. and Scarsdale, New York.

Cindy is a single mom to twin girls Zoe and Jesse, born in 2009.

Cindy is replacing Bethenny who supposedly is making a cameo appearance in season 4.
