RHOOC Star Shannon Beador Arrested For DUI, Hit & Run
Shannon Beador was arrested on Saturday after she drove her car into a residential property in Newport Beach. She then turned back onto the road and kept driving before parking her vehicle in the middle of the street and getting out with her dog.
Witnesses say she tried to act like she was taking a walk when police arrived after receiving a 911 call. That didn’t work as she appeared under the influence and was taken into custody.
Police also seized Shannon’s car as part of their investigation into the damage to the home.
A rep for Newport Beach PD says Shannon was booked for 2 misdemeanors – hit-and-run and DUI alcohol. She was cited and released without bond.
It’s been a rough year for Shannon — in January, she discussed her painful breakup with her boyfriend of 3 and a half years, John Janssen.
Shannon told People she was blindsided by John breaking up with her in November 2022 – weeks after they had wrapped filming for Season 17 of RHOOC. She reportedly said, “He told me he was done with the relationship. And to hear what he said to me then was absolutely devastating.”
