Nadine Buford, the mother of Basketball Wives star Tami Roman and aunt of Long Beach Times columnist Larry Buford passed away July 23rd. Tami Roman shared on social media Tuesday to confirm the death of her mother after a battle with a mystery illness.

Three months ago Tami shared with her fans that her mother was admitted to the hospital with a severe illness.

“My mother is in the hospital with a severe illness; we are holding on as best we can. Please keep my family in your prayers”.
